YOUR TASKS

  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und Optimierung der MRO-Aktivitäten innerhalb des Unternehmens
  • Regelmäßige Reisen zu verschiedenen Standorten zur Analyse der bestehenden Setups
  • Überprüfung und Entwicklung der bestehenden Organisationsstrukturen
  • Entwicklung und Pflege eines umfassenden Fragenkatalogs zur Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Unterstützung der Standortanalysen
  • Erstellung von detaillierten Projektplänen und Budgets in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der PMO-Leitung
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit
  • Identifikation und Implementierung von Best Practices zur Effizienzsteigerung innerhalb der MRO-Prozesse

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen,  vorzugsweise Luft-und Raumfahrt oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Beratungsgeschäft, idealerweise im MRO-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Führung interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Management und/oder Six Sigma
