YOUR TASKS

• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Systeme ECMS und SAP
• Durchführung von Tests an (Teil-)Systemen und Fehleranalyse
• Erstellung und Pflege von Schulungsdaten (Projekte, WRB, Events)
• Pflege von Steuertabellen in verschiedenen Modulen
• 2nd-Level-Support: Beratung von Anwendern, Problemanalyse und Lösungsfindung
• Mitarbeit im Kompetenzteam und Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen
• Laden und Aktualisieren von Sachstämmen, Dispobereichen und Klassifikationen
• Unterstützung bei SAP-Themen in Logistik und Einkauf
• Analyse und Behebung von Fehlbuchungen

YOUR PROFILE

• Erfahrung in der Systembetreuung von ECMS und SAP
• Kenntnisse in ECMS-Architektur und Host-Systemen sowie Jobsteuerung
• Sicherer Umgang mit Sachstämmen, Dispobereichen und Klassifikationen
• Kenntnisse in SAP-Modulen wie CS, Logistik und Einkauf
• Analytisches Denken: Fehler erkennen, Ursachen analysieren, Lösungen entwickeln
• Organisationsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung im Anwenderkontakt
• IT-Grundlagen: Verständnis für Schnittstellen und Datenflüsse
• Lernbereitschaft für neue SAP-Versionen und ECMS-Updates
• Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit in Kompetenzteams
