YOUR TASKS

• Industrialisierung der Bearbeitungsprozesse  von Triebwerksbauteilen
• Prozessdefinition und -optimierung unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit, Kosten und Qualität
• Spezifizierung, Projektierung und Implementierung neuer Maschinen und Anlagen sowie der zugehörigen Betriebsmittel
• Technische Betreuung des jeweiligen Prozess- und Produktionsbereiches
• Behebung von Prozessstörungen und Produktionsabweichungen
• Prozessanalysen sowie -verbesserungen mittels geeigneter Qualitätsmethoden
• Mitwirkung in fachbereichsübergreifenden Projekten

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom / Master) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Entwicklung, Fertigungs-/Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbare Bereiche
• Gute Kenntnisse oder praktische Erfahrungen in einem der genannten Verfahrensbereiche: Thermal Spray (Plasmabeschichtung / ETSS)
• Erfahrungen in der Luftfahrt vorteilhaft
• Kenntnisse des Projektmanagements, LEAN-Methoden sowie REFA wünschenswert
• Bereitschaft zu Auslandseinsätzen und zur Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten 
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
• Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit sowie Zielorientierung
