YOUR TASKS

• Beschaffung und Kommunikation von Informationen über gesetzliche Veränderungen in Steuern, Genehmigungen und Zollabfertigungen
• Bewertung zollrechtlicher Vorgaben und Entwicklung prozessualer Anforderungen in der Lieferkette
• Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen für die Zollabfertigung
• Fristgerechte Erstellung erforderlicher Zollanmeldungen, einschließlich Berechnung von Zoll- und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer (EUSt)
• Verantwortung der vollständigen Dokumentation der Importunterlagen für interne und externe Prüfungen und Audits
• Überwachung bestehender Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsbewilligungen
• Einreichung von Anträgen auf Bewilligung bei zuständigen Zollbehörden
• Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Zollbehörden und Verbänden
• Erstellung von Statistiken und Meldungen für die jeweiligen Behörden und Stellen
• Tarifierung von Artikeln gemäß zollrechtlicher Vorgaben
• Projektarbeit im Rahmen von standortübergreifenden Zollprojekten

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Logistik und/oder Zoll
• Langjährige fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zollwesen, Import- Exportabwicklung
• SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert
• Fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse
• Klare, verständliche Kommunikation und gute Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Vorgaben zu analysieren und effizient zu organisieren
