PWC Customer Account Manger (all genders)

Your Tasks:
 
  • Focal Point of contact for all customer queries
  • Customer visit coordination with Sales team and customer support during a visit at MTU
  • Independent supervision of work flow for customer engines / modules / parts at MTU
  • Internal order placement and coordination
  • Creation of cost estimates with the aim of achieving the required margin
  • Ensuring compliance with customer requirements (e.g. TAT, PRS)
  • Profit control during the process
  • Customer billing
  • Responsibilities within the CSC and MTU organisation
 

Requirements:

  • Technical and financial understanding
  • Knowledge within the Aero Industry
  • German and English skills
  • Project Management
  • IT affinity
