YOUR TASKS

  • Bewertung von Kundenaufträgen hinsichtlich Kapazität, Materialverfügbarkeit und Prozesszeiten zur Sicherstellung realistischer Einlastungen
  • Erstellung von Einlastungsszenarien für Einzelteile basierend auf Auftragsumfang, Bauteilzustand und Kundenprioritäten
  • Abgleich von Bedarfen mit verfügbaren Ressourcen (Personal, Anlagen, Prüftechnik) und Definition optimaler Routing-Strategien (Repair vs. Replace)
  • Terminplanung entlang der gesamten Prozesskette, inklusive Identifikation kritischer Routen und Engpassressourcen sowie potenzieller Terminrisiken
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Customer Support zur Definition von Lieferterminen und TAT-Zielen sowie Teilnahme an Kundencalls zur Priorisierung
  • Analyse von TAT-Abweichungen nach Root Cause, Erstellung von Forecasts und KPI-Reports zur Überwachung der Performance
  • Ableitung von Prozessverbesserungen durch Unterstützung von LEAN-Aktivitäten und Steuerung von ad-hoc Einlastungen bei kritischen Triebwerksfälle

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit dem Schwerpunkt Fertigungs- / Produktionstechnik oder artverwandt
  • Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung komplexer Reparaturprozesse, idealerweise in der Luftfahrt- oder MRO-Branche
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PPS/ERP-Systemen, insbesondere SAP. Kenntnisse über Triebwerksbauteile, Reparaturverfahren und deren Abhängigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten zur Bewertung von Kapazitäts- und Terminsituationen
  • Kommunikationsstärke gegenüber Kunden und internen Bereichen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen bei Priorisierungskonflikten und proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, unter Zeitdruck strukturierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und hohe Genauigkeit bei Planung und Dokumentation
