YOUR TASKS

  • Anfertigung und präzise Vermessung von Abdrücken zur Analyse von Bauteiloberflächen und -strukturen
  • Durchführung aller Schritte der Probenpräparation, einschließlich Trennen, Schleifen, Einbetten, Polieren und Ätzen, mit besonderem Fokus auf Spritzschichten
  • Präparation, Test und Bewertung von Haftzugproben
  • Messung der Oberflächenrauheit an Proben oder Bauteilen um die Oberflächenqualität zu bestimmen
  • Eigenständige Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte in den bauteilbegleitenden Unterlagen, um die Qualität und Nachverfolgbarkeit der Prozesse sicherzustellen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Metallograf:in oder Werkstoffprüfer:in
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätsprüfung, idealerweise im metallografischen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit geltenden Normen und Vorschriften im Bereich Metallografie und Qualitätssicherung
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, um den Anforderungen der Produktionsabläufe gerecht zu werden
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
