YOUR TASKS

  • Sie übernehmen die End‑to‑End‑Verantwortung für IT‑Projekte – von der Idee bis zum Go‑Live.
  • Sie planen und steuern Projekte und stellen sicher, dass Zeit, Budget und Ressourcen im Einklang sind.
  • Sie beraten unsere Fachbereiche zu Digitalisierungsthemen und begleiten Lösungen von der Anforderung bis zur Weiterentwicklung.
  • Sie behalten im Change‑ und Anforderungsmanagement den Überblick und treffen bzw. koordinieren Entscheidungen.
  • Sie koordinieren interne und externe Ressourcen und sorgen für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit.
  • Sie unterstützen die kaufmännische Steuerung und bereiten technische Inhalte verständlich für Stakeholder auf.
  • Sie verantworten die Applikationsbetreuung für ausgewählte Systeme.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT‑Projekten – gerne auch parallel
  • Vorausschauendes Denken und klare Ergebnis‑ sowie Serviceorientierung
  • Teamgeist, Empathie und diplomatisches Geschick im Umgang mit internen Kunden
  • Freude daran, Anforderungen zu verstehen und in smarte technische Lösungen zu verwandeln
  • SAP-Basis-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Sichere Kommunikation – auf Deutsch und Englisch
