YOUR TASKS

• Unterstützung im Corporate Housekeeping
• Strukturierung und Aufrechterhaltung der Ablage von rechtlichen Unterlagen (vorwiegend elektronisch)
• Bearbeitung von rechtlichen Standardvorgängen wie Registeranmeldungen, Vorbereitung von Notarterminen
• Vorbereitung und Gestaltung von Dokumenten, Schriftsätzen, Präsentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
• Recherche zu rechtlichen Fragen und regulatorischen Änderungen
• Alle administrativen Tätigkeiten, die im Bereich der Rechtsabteilung und Außenwirtschaft anfallen, wie Zeitwirtschaft, Reise- und Terminkoordination und Versand von Unterlagen
• Rechnungsbearbeitung
• Fristen- und Terminüberwachung   
• Pflege des bereichseigenen Intranetauftritts

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von MS Office
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
