Production Planner

In this role, you will coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams, optimize schedules, and help drive on‑time delivery through effective planning, data analysis, and production control. YOUR TASKS

  • Plan and control Shop Visits for engine maintenance closely with Production, Customer Account Managment, Material Planning and Engineering teams.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional production control meetings.
  • Monitor production progress within ERP system, identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions to maintain short turnaround time and high capacity utilization.
  • Analyze order scenarios regarding sequencing and capacity allocation across departments.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and recommend actions to ensure production flow and on-time delivery.
  • Conduct analyses and data evaluation, prepare and maintain management reports.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience in production planning, scheduling or related manufacturing operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field: equivalent experience considered
  • Strong organizational, communication and decision-making skills
  • Background in production planning, aerospace, maintenance or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
  • High motivation and interest in complex operational challenges.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills. German language skills would be advantageous.
