YOUR TASKS

  • Mitarbeit im täglichen Betrieb der NetApp Storage-Umgebung
  • Durchführung von Routineaufgaben und Systemchecks
  • Überwachung von Systemmeldungen, Kapazität und Performance (Monitoring)
  • Pflege und Administration von Volumes und Storage Services
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von ONTAP Updates, Patches und Firmware-Upgrades
  • Bearbeitung standardisierter Service Requests im Storage-Umfeld
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Storage-bezogenen Incidents (2nd Level)
  • Pflege von Betriebsdokumentationen, Checklisten und Knowledge-Base-Artikeln
  • Sicherstellung von Backup- und Recovery-Prozessen
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang in einer hybriden IT Umgebung
  • Sicherstellung und Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben insb. der BSI Grundschutzanforderungen und Geheimschutz im Rahmen des Systembetriebs
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an einer Rufbereitschaft

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Storage Infrastruktur
  • Kenntnisse in NetApp ONTAP und/oder Object Storage-Technologien
  • Kenntnisse in Storage-Protokollen (NFS, SMB/CIFS, etc.)
  • Kenntnisse in Monitoring- und Ticket-Systemen
  • Technisches Verständnis von Backup- und Recovery-Konzepten (Snapshots, Replication)
  • Kenntnisse in Automatisierung oder Scripting sind ein Plus
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Betriebssicherheit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit im operativen Umfeld
  • Kundenorientierung, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, sowie stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
