Our positions are fundamentally permanent. The initial appointment will be for a fixed term of one year.

 

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die fachgerechte Prüfung, Instandhaltung und Herstellung unserer Sonderbetriebsmittel (SBM). Im Kern gehören dazu:

YOUR TASKS

  • Durchführung der Kontrolle vor erster Verwendung von Sonderbetriebsmitteln/Vorrichtungen
  • Ausführung von Funktionsprüfungen sowie Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Sonderbetriebsmitteln
  • Prüfung & Instandsetzung von Lastaufnahmemitteln: Kontrolle, Reparatur und Dokumentation inklusive Überwachung der Prüffristen
  • Maß- und Qualitätskontrolle: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Maße, Toleranzen und technischen Vorgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung aller Arbeitsschritte inklusive vollständiger Dokumentation
  • Einhaltung technischer Vorgaben: Arbeiten nach Arbeitsplänen und technischen Richtlinien
  • Weitergabe von Informationen zu notwendigen Reparaturen an SBM, Prüfmitteln, Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Übernahme zusätzlicher Tätigkeiten vergleichbarer Art nach Anweisung des Fachvorgesetzten

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Werkzeugmechaniker/in, Fertigungsmechaniker/in, Industriemechaniker/in oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung und Wartung oder Fertigung von Betriebsmitteln, Maschinen oder Anlagen
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und sicherer Umgang mit technischer Dokumentation inklusive technischer Zeichnungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Prüf- und Messmitteln
  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
