YOUR TASKS

  • Übernahme von verantwortlichen Rollen in agilen und klassischen Projekten im Bereich des Produktions- und Standortservice
  • Mitarbeit in abteilungs- und centerübergreifenden Projekten und Netzwerken
  • Flexible Unterstützung von abteilungsinternen Fachbereichen
  • Mitgestaltung von abteilungsinternen Zukunftsthemen
  • Definition, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Standards auf Basis von Lean-Management-Ansätzen im Produktions- und Standortservice
  • Umsetzung von abteilungsinternen und abteilungsübergreifenden Initiativen wie Digitalisierungsstrategie, Wissenstransfer, agile Transformation, etc.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (klassisch und agil)
  • Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen
  • Sicheres Erkennen von technischen Zusammenhängen in Verbindung mit einer systematischen und zielgerichteten Vorgehensweise
  • Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen, Methodenkompetenz sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit
