YOUR TASKS
- Definition, Weiterentwicklung und Kommunikation von unternehmensweiten IT-Standards im Bereich Directory Services
- Erstellung von Anforderungsanalysen und Spezifikation von Lösungen in den Bereichen Tier-0 und Active Directory
- Sicherstellung von IT-Security-Richtlinien
- Analyse und Troubleshooting von IT-Problemen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support für alle zentral betriebenen Active Directories der MTU-Gruppe
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Migrationsszenarien in hybride Umgebungen im Rahmen unserer Cloud-Transformation
- Optimierung des Tier-0-Betriebes durch unser externes Betriebsteam
- Durchführung von IAM-bezogenen Auswertungen
- Leitung von (Teil-) Projekten inkl. Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern und Projektpartnern
YOUR PROFILE
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Implementierung komplexer IT-Umgebungen, insbesondere in der Systemadministration und Konfiguration von Windows-Servern, von Active Directory und von Lightweight Directory Services (ADLDS)
- Praktische Erfahrung mit PowerShell-Skripting und der Automatisierung des AD-Betriebes
- Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Entra ID und hybriden Umgebungen wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen AD-Tiering, Privileged Access Workstation (PAW) und zertifikatsbasierte Authentifizierung wünschenswert
- Erfahrungen in der IT-Projektleitung sowie sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Methoden wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Sensibilität für stabile und sichere IT-Lösungen
- Teamorientierung sowie starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
