YOUR TASKS

Die Abteilung "Triebwerksinstandsetzung und Neubau Erding" ist zuständig für den Eingangsbefund, die Demontage und Montage von Triebwerken und Modulen/Baugruppen. Dazu zählt auch das Erstellen und Bearbeiten der Triebwerkslebenslaufakten, das Wuchten und Schleifen von Rotoren.

  • De-/Montage gemäß vorgegebener Unterlagen und Dokumentation
  • Durchführen von Mess-, Prüf-, Befund- und Einstellarbeiten nach Anforderung
  • Ggf. Durchführung von Teileerfassung sowie Demontagebefund in vorhandenen Systemen
  • Zuordnen und Abschleusen von demontierten Triebwerksteilen für Folgeprozesse nach Anforderung
  • Durchführung von vorbereitenden Montagetätigkeiten, ggf. Wuchten von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen
  • Abdecken und Reinigen von Triebwerken, Baugruppen, Geräten und Einzelteilen   
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten sowie ggf. Instandsetzungsarbeiten nach Vorgabe
  • Durchführung der manuellen/maschinellen Instandsetzung an Bauteilen nach Vorgabe

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ausbildung zum Fluggerätmechaniker oder mehrjährige Praxistätigkeit als Fluggerätmechaniker im Triebwerks-/ Instandhaltungsbereich oder abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Montageerfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich De-/Montage von Triebwerken
  • Triebwerkskenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Freude am Arbeiten im Team
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
