YOUR TASKS

  • Informationsrecherche und -auswertung: Durchführung von Patent- und Literaturrecherchen in englischer Sprache mit teilweise hohem technischem Schwierigkeitsgrad
  • Systematische, wiederkehrende Abfrage und Zuordnung von Fremdpatentinformationen zur Unterstützung des Intellectual Proper​ty Managements
  • Informationsbereitstellung: Kundenberatung zu Auswahl und Nutzung geeigneter Informationsquellen
  • Erfassung von Fachliteratur inkl. inhaltlicher Erschließung im MTU-internen Literatursystem
  • Sichtung des Informationsmarktes auf aktuelle, MTU-relevante Fachinformation
  • Ablauforganisation / Quervernetzung: Unterstützung des Backoffice auf Abteilungsebene im operativen Aufgabenmanagement
  • Weiterentwicklung der teaminternen Wissensorganisation, Prozessweiterentwicklung und Dokumentation
  • Übernahme von Sonder- und Vertretungsaufgaben im Bereich Informationsmanagement

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswissenschaften mit Interesse an Informationsmanagement
  • Alternativ Abschluss im Bereich Bibliotheks- und/oder Informationsmanagement mit fundiertem technischem Verständnis, idealerweise im Bereich Triebwerkstechnik 
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse 
  • Präzise Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Bereitschaft und Neugier zur selbständigen Einarbeitung in neue Themen- und Aufgabengebiete
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und systemisches Denken
  • Spaß an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
