YOUR TASKS

  • Überführung fachlicher Anforderungen aus Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)-Prozessen in digitale Systemlösungen – von der Konzeption über die Spezifikation bis hin zur Begleitung der technischen Umsetzung in enger Abstimmung mit Produktion und IT
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Systemlandschaft im Instandhaltungsumfeld zur Sicherstellung der Datenverfügbarkeit sowie zur Verbesserung von Datenqualität, Prozessabbildung und Automatisierung
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Analyse von Managementreports mit Ableitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsansätzen
  • Analyse komplexer Datenmengen, Aufbereitung von Produktionsdaten und Ableitung prozessrelevanter Zusammenhänge; Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Handlungsempfehlungen für standortübergreifende Fachbereiche und Führungskräfte
  • Aktive Beteiligung in abteilungs- und standortübergreifenden Projekten der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung im MRO-Netzwerk in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachexpert:innen und IT

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken (SQL) und BI-Tools wie z. B. Knime und Tableau
  • Begeisterung für die datenbasierte Aufbereitung und Analyse von Produktionsinformationen mit Fokus auf operative und strategische Fragestellungen
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung sind wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in verschiedenen SAP-Modulen sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Motivation und Interesse an komplexen operativen, prozessualen und systemischen Zusammenhängen
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
