YOUR TASKS

  • Erstellen, Erproben und Zulassen von Arbeitsplänen auf Basis von Zeichnungsforderungen, geltenden Vorschriften sowie wirtschaftlichen Aspekten
  • Ständige Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der bauteilbezogenen Prozesse unter den Aspekten Wirtschaftlichkeit, Qualität und Standardisierung
  • Mitarbeit bzw. Übernahme von verfahrensbezogenen Projekten sowie Einführung neuer Verfahren
  • Inbetriebnahme und Serieneinführung neuer Anlagen und Prozesse
  • Aufzeigen von Produktionsabweichungen sowie Planung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung und –verbesserung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung sowie Einführung bzw. Umsetzung von AV-Standards und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Planung von Betriebs- und Messmitteln
  • Betreuung unserer Verfahren bei Neu-, Instandsetzungs- und Entwicklungsbauteilen
  • Werkstattbetreuung bezüglich planungsrelevanter Sachverhalte

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium mit elektrochemischen Hintergrund (Elektrochemie, Galvanotechnik, Chemie) bzw. galvanotechnische Ausbildung und Anschlussstudium
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Produktionstechnik, Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie im Projektmanagement erwünscht
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Kenntnisse in SAP R/3
  • Methodenwissen, ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zu logisch strukturiertem Denken und Handeln
  • Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Freude an der Teamarbeit
