Our positions are generally permanent, but will initially be filled on a temporary basis. 

YOUR TASKS

  • Durchführen von Zerspanungsarbeiten an Triebwerkeinzelteilen, -baugruppen und -modulen mittels CNC-Bearbeitungsmaschinen
  • Mitgestaltung und Verbesserung des CNC-Prozesses hinsichtlich Fertigungs- und Kostenoptimierung
  • Selbständiges Erstellen, Testen und Verbessern von CNC-Programmen
  • Qualitätskontrolle anhand von Mess- und Prüfvorgaben sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Visuelle Inspektion und Pflege der Anlagen / Maschinen sowie der dazugehörigen Arbeitsmittel
  • Einrichten von Werkzeugen nach Vorgaben
  • Pflegen des Werkzeugmanagements

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in (Fachrichtung Drehen oder Fräsen) oder Ähnliches
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Technik Kenntnisse in den Programmiersprachen Siemens 840 D / Heidenhain TNC 430 / iTNC 530
  • Erfahrungen in der Nutzung von 5-Achs-Bearbeitungsmaschinen sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie EDV- und SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Gewissenhaftes Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
