YOUR TASKS

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer integrierten Kommunikationsstrategie sowie von standortspezifischen und standortübergreifenden Kommunikationsinitiativen
• Verfassen, Editieren und Redigieren von Berichten, Texten und Beiträgen zur internen Veröffentlichung
• Konzeption innovativer Kommunikationskampagnen und kommunikative Begleitung von Transformationsprojekten
• Kontaktaufbau und -pflege zu externen Institutionen, Presseorganen und relevanten Ansprechpartner:innen sowie die Betreuung regionaler Medienvertreter:innen und Besucher:innen
• Verfassen von Pressemitteilungen oder anderen publizistischen Beiträgen zur externen Veröffentlichung
• Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung einer Corporate Citizenship- und Sponsoring-Strategie
• Schnittstellen- und Stakeholdermanagement

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaft,  Journalismus, Marketing oder vergleichbarer Richtung
• Langjährige Berufserfahrung in interner und externer Unternehmenskommunikation
• Erfahrung in fachlicher Führung oder Projektführung wünschenswert
• Kompetente Beratung von Führungskräften aller Ebenen
• Erfahrung in schnittstellenübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
• Hohe Textsicherheit, stilistische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Formulierungsgabe
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
