MTU provides maintenance from targeted hospital visits to complete overhauls on over 30+ commercial aero engine and industrial gas turbine lines and has completed more than 18,000 shop visits for over 1,400 customers worldwide.  Within this Global network, MTU Maintenance Dallas provides hospital shop and on-site maintenance services.     

Office 365 Engineer ​

As an Office 365 Engineer, you’ll be part of our modern IT team, responsible for administering and evolving our Microsoft cloud infrastructure. You bring deep technical expertise and ensure our systems remain secure, efficient, and future-ready.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365b services, especially Intune, Entra ID, and RealmJoin
  • Automate deployment processes and device configurations
  • Manage policies, compliance settings, and security features
  • Troubleshoot and support complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with other internal IT teams located in Germany to integrate new solutions and technologies
  • Document processes and create technical guidelines

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification
  • Solid experience in administering Microsoft 365, especially Intune and Entra
  • Familiarity with RealmJoin and automated device provisioning
  • PowerShell scripting skills are a plus
  • Analytical thinking, structured work style, and team spirit

Microsoft Intune Administration

  • Design and implement mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies
  • Configure compliance policies, conditional access rules, and endpoint security baselines
  • Manage Windows Autopilot profiles for seamless device provisioning
  • Monitor device health, deployment status, and troubleshoot enrollment issues
  • Integrate Intune with third-party security and monitoring tools

Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) Management

  • Administer user identities, groups, and role-based access control (RBAC)
