Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Junior Accounting Advisory & Regulation (all genders), die unser Team in der Sicherstellung einer harmonisierten Finanzberichterstattung unterstützt. 

YOUR TASKS

  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Accounting Guidelines: Unterstützung bei der bedarfsgerechten Gestaltung und Aktualisierung von Accounting-relevanten Guidelines der MTU-Gruppe
  • Entwicklung von Trainingsmaßnahmen: Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Accounting-Schulungsformaten.
  • Beratung in bilanzrechtlichen Fragestellungen: Unterstützung angrenzender Fachbereiche bei Vertragsverhandlungen und deren kaufmännischer Umsetzung
  • Weiterentwicklung von Regelprozessen: Mitwirkung bei der (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Prozessen und Methoden in Bezug auf bilanzrechtliche Anforderungen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitshilfen: Entwicklung von innovativen Tools, Templates und Trainingsmaterialien zur Unterstützung der Accounting-Funktion
  • Organisation von Gremiensitzungen: Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Durchführung interdisziplinärer, konzernweiter Gremiensitzungen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Anweisungen: Mitwirkung an Methoden zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Übernahme von Projektaufgaben: Leitung bzw. Unterstützung von Projekten mit Bezug zum Corporate Accounting

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung  
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung (ab 6 Monate Praktikum) im Accounting, der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Beratung mit Bezug zum internationalen, produzierenden Gewerbe 
  • Ausgeprägtes und lösungsorientiertes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Sehr gute fachliche und methodische Kompetenz, insbesondere in IFRS und HGB, zur Durchdringung und Erfüllung der Hauptaufgaben
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktfähigkeit im internationalen Umfeld bzw. auch mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Interesse an der innovativen Weiterentwicklung der Accounting Funktion
