Es erwarten Sie spannende Aufgaben in allen Phasen des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus.

YOUR TASKS

• Selbstständige Bearbeitung von operativen HR-Aufgaben entlang des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus
• Koordination von Personalmaßnahmen
• Ansprechpartner:in für alle Mitarbeiter:innen zu personalrelevanten Anliegen und Fragestellungen
• Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiteranfragen in unserem HR Service Management Tool
• Koordination von Personalmaßnahmen
• Erstellen von Dokumenten und Bescheinigungen sowie interner und externer Schriftverkehr
• Pflege von HR Daten und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität
• Unterstützung der HR Business Partner:innen durch die operative Abwicklung verschiedener HR-Prozesse

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Personal
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Personalmanagement und in operativen Personalprozessen
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Erfahrung in SAP HR und idealerweise in HR Ticketsystemen
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise

Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie uns durch eine strukturierte, selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise. Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab. Diese Position ist an unserem Standort Ludwigsfelde befristet für 6 Monate zu besetzen.
