YOUR TASKS

  • Beratung und Begleitung der Führungskräfte aller Ebenen in allen HR-relevanten operativen Fragestellungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Auslegung und Anwendung von Tarifrecht, Sozialversicherungsrecht, Lohn- und Einkommenssteuerrecht sowie betrieblicher Regelungen
  • Beratung zu komplexen individualrechtlichen Fragestellungen und Verantwortung für die vollumfängliche Umsetzung disziplinarischer Maßnahmen
  • Verantwortliche Steuerung des Personalplanungsprozesses für die betreuten Fachbereiche
  • Vertretung personalpolitischer Interessen in verschiedenen Gremien und Arbeitsgruppen
  • Beratung/ Begleitung des Potentialprozesses
  • Steuerung und Leitung von Projekten, Gestaltung von HR-Produkten und -Prozessen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines relevanten Studiums, z.B. Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsrecht oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Erfahrung und spezifische Kenntnisse in den genannten Aufgabengebieten
  • Kenntnisse der Tarifverträge der Metall- und Elektroindustrie wünschenswert
  • Verbindliches Auftreten und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Aktive Gestaltung der konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Stakeholder
  • Hohes Maß an Priorisierungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse der deutschen sowie idealerweise der englischen Sprache
