Our positions are fundamentally permanent. The initial appointment will be for a fixed term of one year.

YOUR TASKS

• Repräsentieren des MTU IGT Field Service auf Kundenanlagen (weltweit / onshore / offshore)
• Einsatz- und Durchführungsplanung sowie Koordination der Fieldservice Techniker:innen
• Planung der benötigten Werkzeuge und Bauteile für die Wartung/Reparatur von Industriegasturbinen der Typenreihe GE LM2500 / LM6000 
• Ausarbeitung kundenspezifischer Wartungskonzepte und detaillierte Beschreibung der Wartungsinhalte
• Erstellung von laufzeitbasierten / zustandsbasierten Reparaturempfehlungen
• Durchführung von Schwingungsanalysen an GE LM Gasturbinensträngen und gegebenenfalls festlegen von Wuchtmaßnamen
• Prüfung und Beurteilung von Ausrichtkontrollen
• Betreuung der Wiederinbetriebnahme von Gasturbinenanlagen nach längerem Stillstand oder Revision
• Fehleranalyse hinsichtlich der leittechnischen und verfahrenstechnischen Betriebsweisen von Gasturbinenanlagen
• Technischer Ansprechpartner für den Kunden sowie für die Fieldservice Techniker:innen
• Remote Support, Troubleshooting und Diagnostik der zu betreuenden Anlagen
• Auswertung von Gasturbinenlaufdaten
• Berichterstattung an den Kunden 
• Fachliche Führung/ Anleitung der Unterlieferanten
• Bereitschaftsdienst (Hotline - 24/7 Wochenweise)

YOUR PROFILE

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Energietechnik oder gleichwertig
• Einschlägige mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse zu den Triebwerkstypen der GE LM Baureihe sowie deren Subsystemen
• Umfassende Erfahrung hinsichtlich des Betriebs von Gasturbinen, deren Inbetriebnahme, Troubleshooting sowie Diagnostik 
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse
