YOUR TASKS

  • Definition, Weiterentwicklung und Kommunikation von unternehmensweiten Regelwerken zur Steuerung und Verwaltung von Identitäten, Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen
  • Gestaltung und Optimierung der MTU-internen IAM-Prozesse (u.a. Identity Lifecycle Management, Joiner/Mover/Leaver, Access Management) unter Berücksichtigung von internen Standards, Regelwerken und IT-Security-Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung von externen und internen IAM-Audits
  • Organisation des operativen User Managements (u.a. Steuerung der Supporteinheiten, Unterstützung von Spezialanforderungen)
  • Erstellung von Anforderungsanalysen und Spezifikationen von IAM-Funktionen und Self-Services
  • Durchführung von IAM-bezogenen Auswertungen
  • Vertretung der Interessen des IAM-Teams bzw. der MTU in internen und externen Projekten, Arbeitsgruppen und Verhandlungen
  • Leitung von (Teil-) Projekten inkl. Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern und Projektpartnern

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Identity und Access Management, idealerweise im Umgang mit der Software One Identity Manager (OIM)
  • Erfahrungen in der IT-Projektleitung sowie sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
