YOUR TASKS

In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die strategische Verantwortung für die globale Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der MTU MRO-Reparaturstandorte. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der langfristigen Ausrichtung und Optimierung unseres weltweiten Reparaturnetzwerks. Im Einzelnen umfasst Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Entwicklung und Steuerung der globalen MTU MRO-Reparaturstrategie inklusive Kapazitätssimulationen im Rahmen der operativen Planung
  • Fachliche Verantwortung für strategische Portfolioentscheidungen im Reparaturumfeld
  • Unterstützung bei internationalen Ausschreibungsverfahren für Reparaturleistungen
  • Planung und Koordination der weltweiten Einführung neuer Reparaturen und Reparaturverfahren
  • Durchführung fundierter Make-or-Buy-Analysen zur strategischen Entscheidungsfindung
  • Erstellung und Bewertung von Geschäftsanalysen zur Weiterentwicklung der Reparaturstandorte

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich, idealerweise mit Promotion
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich MRO von Flugtriebwerken, strategisches Management oder industrielles Portfolio Management
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in der Führung internationaler Projekte und interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
