MTU provides maintenance from targeted hospital visits to complete overhauls on over 30+ commercial aero engine and industrial gas turbine lines and has completed more than 18,000 shop visits for over 1,400 customers worldwide.  Within this Global network, MTU Maintenance Dallas provides hospital shop and on-site maintenance services.     

Human Resources Manager ​

The Human Resources Manager will report to the Director, Human Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that support business goals and foster a high-performance culture. This role oversees employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance/policies.

The Human Resources Manager assists the Director, Human Resources with ensuring alignment with MTU objectives while driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement, diversity, and organizational effectiveness.

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Strong knowledge of Federal, State/Local employment laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines
  • Documented and verifiable experience supporting a multi-location organization (preferably international)
  • Documented and verifiable experience supporting a large organization i.e., 1,000+ employees)
  • Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Kronos, Paycom, Paylocity, Dayforce, etc.)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, applicants, and other stakeholders, when applicable

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in the disciplines of Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent.
  • Fifteen (15) or more years of documented relevant work experience leading Human Resources teams with at least five (5) or more of those years within the Aviation industry. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, five or more years of experience may be substituted for a total of twenty or more years of Human Resources experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, Google Office, etc.
