Our positions are fundamentally permanent. The initial appointment will be for a fixed term of one year.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Durchführung der operativen Exportkontrollabwicklung, insbesondere Bearbeitung von:
    • Classification Requests
    • SAP GTS Stammdatenpflege
    • Beantragung von Im-/Exportgenehmigungen
    • Sanktionslisten- und Embargoprüfungen
    • Bearbeitung von GTS Belegfreigaben
    • End Use Statements
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Vorschriften des nationalen, EU- und US-(Re-)Exportkontrollrechts sowie fortlaufende Analyse der laufenden Rechtsänderungen und Initiierung notwendiger Prozessanpassungen
  • Durchsetzung und kontinuierliche Anpassung des unternehmensinternen Internal Compliance Program (ICP)
  • Definition exportkontrollrechtlicher Anforderungen zur Umsetzung in SAP GTS einschließlich Projekt- und Change Management

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ausbildung Speditionskauffrau/-mann sowie mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich Zoll- und Exportwesen
  • Fachwissen im nationalen, europäischen und US-Exportkontrollrecht
  • Operatives Prozessverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Kenntnisse von SAP GTS sowie ausgeprägte IT-Affinität
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke, Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Teamfähigkeit, aufgaben- und prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie ein starkes Bewusstsein für Export Compliance
