YOUR TASKS

Als erfahrene:r Fachexpert:in im Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM) unterstützen Sie die Umsetzung gesundheitsfördernder Maßnahmen am Standort und im Konzern. Dabei koordinieren Sie operative Aufgaben rund um das BGM, arbeiten eng mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Dienstleistern zusammen und sorgen so für eine zielgerichtete Umsetzung unserer Gesundheitsangebote.

• Planung, Koordination und operative Umsetzung von Maßnahmen im Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement
• Steuerung und Betreuung externer Dienstleister für gesundheitsfördernde Angebote (z. B. Kurse, Beratungen, Workshops)
• Organisation und Durchführung von Gesundheitstagen, Vorsorgeaktionen und weiteren BGM-Maßnahmen
• Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte zu BGM-relevanten Themen
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen psychischer Belastungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Arbeitssicherheit, Betriebsärztlichem Dienst, HR sowie weiteren internen Schnittstellen
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung interner Kommunikationsformate im Bereich BGM
   

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Gesundheitsmanagement, Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen
• Praktische Erfahrung in der operativen Umsetzung von BGM-Maßnahmen, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld
• Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Umsetzungsorientierung
• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Empathie
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
