YOUR TASKS

  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Führung und Motivation eines Teams von Technikern und Facharbeitern
  • Sicherstellung der Maschinenverfügbarkeit und Minimierung von Ausfallzeiten
  • Optimierung von Instandhaltungsprozessen und –strategien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für die Kunden
  • Führung der bestehenden Vertragsverhältnisse
  • Leitung von kleineren und mittleren Projekten
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen sowie Berichtswesen
  • Angebots- und Rechnungsprüfung 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich, idealerweise als Industriemechaniker:in, Elektroniker:in oder Werkzeugmacher:in
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Industrieanlagen und Gebäuden
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Instandhaltungsorganisation und -methodik
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
