YOUR TASKS

  • Leitung und Koordination von fachbereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit dem Fokus der Digitalisierung von Produktionsprozessen in einem interdisziplinären Team
  • Führung, Steuerung und Unterstützung der jeweiligen Projektteams
  • Analyse bestehender Geschäftsprozesse und Identifikation von Digitalisierungspotenzialen
  • Aktive Gestaltung der Projekte und Umsetzung von Arbeitspaketen
  • Enger Austausch zu den Stakeholdern aus Fertigung, IT und Verfahrensentwicklung
  • Erstellung von Projektplänen, Budgets, Risikoanalysen und Statusberichten sowie Sicherstellung des Projektfortschritts

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium idealerweise im Bereich Maschinebau, Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, bestenfalls in den Methoden klassisch und agil
  • Kenntnisse von Produktionsprozessen und Verständnis von Digitalisierungslösungen (Datenerhebung aus Maschinen, Modellierung von Produktionsprozessen, Vernetzung von IT-Systemen) wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Kompetenz, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu analysieren, Projekte daraufhin zu strukturieren und zielorientiert zu bearbeiten
  • Kommunikationsvermögen und Spaß an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
