YOUR TASKS

  • Erstellen und Erproben von Prüfarbeitsplänen und Prüfunterlagen auf Basis von Zeichnungen / CAD-Daten und allgemeiner sowie projekt- und bauteilbezogener Vorschriften / Spezifikationen
  • Festlegung von Prüfabläufen zur Absicherung der Lieferqualität, Erfassen und Auswerten qualitätsrelevanter Daten, sowie Einleiten/ Überwachen qualitätsfördernder Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Durchführung der Qualitätsprüfung gemäß geltendem Regelwerk, Steigerung der Effizienz in den Prüfstellen durch Entwicklung und Etablierung neuer Standards
  • Selbstständige Lösung von Problemen in der Qualitätsprüfung, Einleitung und Überwachung von Korrekturmaßnahmen     
  • Planung von Betriebs-/ Messmitteln in Zusammenarbeit mit internen/ externen Fachstellen
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Fragestellungen zu Optimierung von Prozessen der Qualitätsprüfung
  • Mitwirkung bei Entscheidungen zukünftiger Ziele, Konzepte und Strategien und der Weiterentwicklung der Durchführung der Prüfplanung

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieur, o.ä.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Qualitätssicherung oder Fertigung    
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit QM-Software, CAD-Systemen und SAP 
  • Sichere englische Sprachkenntnisse für das Arbeiten mit englischsprachigen Fertigungsunterlagen
