YOUR TASKS

  • Planung, Vorbereitung sowie Durchführung der Bearbeitungsschritte (CNC-Drehen) zur Herstellung von Fertigungshilfsmitteln (FHM) anhand der Angaben in Arbeitsplan, Zeichnung und Skizzen
  • Durchführung von Arbeiten an einer Vertikal / Horizontal CNC-Drehmaschinen
  • Selbstständiges erstellen von Programmen an der Maschine (Werkstatt-Programmierung)
  • Auswahl der einzusetzenden Werkzeuge und Messmittel für ein präzises Arbeiten nach Vorgabe    
  • Durchführung von Abstimmarbeiten an Einzelteilen für Vorrichtungen und Entwicklungsteile
  • Nacharbeiten von Einzelteilen von Fertigungshilfsmitteln (FHM) bzw. Durchführung von Änderungen nach Zeichnung
  • Instandsetzung von Einzelteilen der Fertigungshilfsmitteln (FHM)       
  • Kontrolle der hergestellten Maße, Merkmalspositionen und Funktionstüchtigkeit der Einzelteile bzw. des gesamten Fertigungshilfsmitteln (FHM) sowie ggf. Dokumentation in den Auftragsunterlagen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Metallbau, Konstruktionstechnik, Industriemechanik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich CNC-Drehen sowie Erfahrung im Bereich der Werkzeugtechnik wünschenswert 
  • Erfahrung im Lesen von Zeichnungen sowie Beherrschung der Standardmessmittel
  • Englischkenntnisse
  • PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Gutes Sehvermögen
  • Schichtfähigkeit und Bereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbereitschaft
