YOUR TASKS

  • Als Patentexpert:in betreuen Sie das Triebwerksmodul Verdichter und richten das Patentportfolio strategisch aus
  • Sie begleiten Erfinder:innen von der Erfindung bis zum Patent und machen Innovationen möglich
  • Sie steuern und führen Erteilungsverfahren vor Patentämtern in enger Zusammenarbeit mit in- und ausländischen Kanzleien, um qualitativ hochwertige Patente zu erwirken
  • Sie treffen als Leiter:in eines interdisziplinären Gremiums Entscheidungen über die Ausrichtung des Patentportfolios Verdichter auf Basis der technischen und wirtschaftlichen Bedeutung von Erfindungen 
  • Sie bewerten Fremdpatente im Rahmen des regelmäßigen Patent-Monitorings, unterstützen bei deren Beachtung unter angemessenem Einsatz von Einspruchsverfahren und erstellen FTO Analysen zu Technologieprojekten
  • Sind Teil des Teams  bei Vertragsgestaltungen und -verhandlungen
  • Sie entwickeln interne Abläufe auch unter Einsatz neuer KI-Tools weiter 
  • Sie schulen und sensibilisieren Mitarbeiter:innen des Konzerns auf dem Gebiet Intellectual Property

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technisch-naturwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise Maschinenbau
  • Patentanwalt/ -anwältin und/oder European Patent Attorney  
  • Bevorzugt Berufserfahrung in einem Unternehmen
  • Ausgeprägte unternehmerische und strategische Denkweise
  • Freude an Innovationen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
