YOUR TASKS

  • Personalführung und - entwicklung von ca. zwanzig Mitarbeiter:innen 
  • Federführende Koordination beteiligter Arbeitsvorbereitungen für zugeordnete Produkte laufender oder neuer Programme, innerhalb und außerhalb der eigenen Organisationseinheit in organisatorischen, technischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Belangen
  • Wahrnehmung der Instandsetzungsinteressen und Vertretung in Gremien bei Entwicklung, Erstellung und Erhaltung zugeordneter Bauteile im Gesamtfertigungsablauf
  • Umsetzung aller Qualitätsmanagementforderungen aus Behörden-, Kunden-, Partner- und Konzernforderungen sowie aller Arbeits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltschutzforderungen innerhalb der eigenen Organisationseinheit
  • Initiierung, Koordination der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, Rationalisierung der Fertigungsabläufe, zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit
  • Koordination der Ausarbeitung von Kostenkalkulationen im Rahmen des Angebotsprozesses und Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung der Teilereparatur am Standort München (inkl. MRO Produktionsstrategie)
  • Übernahme von Projektleitungsfunktionen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium des Ingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung 
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion oder MRO
  • Erfahrung als Führungskraft mit disziplinarischer Verantwortung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
  • Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Eigenmotivation
  • Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und unternehmerisches Handeln
