YOUR TASKS
Strategy Managers OEMRO Programs play a key role in managing, optimizing and driving the success of MTU’s worldwide GTF and PW800 network to achieve MTU’s strategic goals
Contract Strategy
- Manage our existing internal and external contracts for the correct execution
- Design, negotiate and implement contract extensions and amendments
- Monitor KPI’s and act proactively to initiate and call for corrective actions
- Support the negotiation and introduction of new OEMRO programs
- Support OEM repair & MTU’s production strategy
- Support MTU’s sourcing strategy
Forecasting Strategy
- Develop accurate forecasts to support the strategic capacity planning process
- Work closely across MTU’s network to align capacities and allocations
- Identify shortages and bottlenecks to recommend solutions and mitigations
Aftermarket Network Strategy
- Drive & support best practice exchange across MTU’s aftermarket network especially during the ramp-up of new facilities
- Ensure & support implementation of process standardization and efficiencies
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor/Masters degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and management or similar study on a technical college as a certified technician
- Profound Experience in the engine MRO Business and / or OEM Business
- English business fluent
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- MS-Office and SAP knowledge required
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Communication and collaboration skills in a multinational environment
- Readiness for international travel
