YOUR TASKS

  • Kaufmännische Betreuung und Beratung der internationalen Vertriebsbereiche und des Programm Managements
  • Kompetente:r Ansprechpartner:in im Angebotsprozess zur Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und notwendigen Plausibilitätsprüfungen sowie Chancen- und Risikobewertungen
  • Analyse der Segment-, Programm- und Vertragsprofitabilität für das eigenverantwortliche Tätigkeitsfeld und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Mitwirkung an der strategischen und operativen Unternehmensplanung und Forecasts
  • Optimierung und Kommentierung des kennzahlengestützten Berichtswesens zur Performance Messung und Analyse vertragskritischer Erfolgsfaktoren
  • Steuerung und Vorbereitung der Programm- und Kundenvertrags-Reviews
  • Erstellung und Präsentation von Entscheidungsvorlagen für Geschäftsführung, Vertriebs- und Programmleitung
  • Optimierung der Controlling -Instrumente, -Prozesse und -Reports im Rahmen des "Continuous Improvement" Prozesses

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder Finanzen
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, vorzugsweise in einem Industrieunternehmen und fundierte Kenntnisse in Ergebnis-, Kosten- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnung sowie Planverfahren und -methoden
  • Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse (insb. Excel), SAP/CO und Datawarehouse von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung IFRS und HGB sind von Vorteil

Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie uns durch Ihre analytischen, kommunikativen (auch hierarchieübergreifend) und planerischen Fähigkeiten. Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen runden Ihr Profil ab.
