YOUR TASKS

  • Ausgestaltung und Umsetzung eines globalen Prozesses zur strategischen Personalplanung
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung langfristiger und zukunftsfähiger Workforce-Planning-Strategien für eine quantitative wie qualitative Ressourcensteuerung
  • Identifikation von Arbeitsmarkttrends zur Durchführung von Analysen und Ableitung von notwendigen Maßnahmen für die Weiterentwicklung der Belegschaft
  • Modellierung und Simulation von Szenarien zur Deckung der Unternehmensbedarfe
  • Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Anpassung der Headcount- und Mitgestaltung der Skill-Planung auf Basis von Marktentwicklungen und der Unternehmensstrategie
  • Beratung und Unterstützung in der internationalen Personalplanung und der Schaffung von Best Practices für das Workforce Management im globalen Kontext
  • Nutzung und Einführung von digitalen Tools und Technologien zur Unterstützung der Personalplanung und -steuerung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und HR-Abteilungen, um Personalressourcen optimal in Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen und -strategien zu planen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Methodisches Wissen und Erfahrung im Bereich der strategischen Personalplanung, idealerweise in einem international agierenden Unternehmen
  • Fähigkeit, Veränderungen voranzutreiben und Prozessverbesserungen in komplexen Umgebungen voranzutreiben
  • Treiber:in globaler Prozessgestaltungen mit hoher Integrationsfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Technologien und –Systemen und in der Anwendung relevanter Analytik-Tools
  • Kommunikations-, Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Lösungsorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
