Das Team Produktionsservice Justiz in Straubing stellt die Verfügbarkeit von neuen, geänderten und instandgesetzten, produktspezifischen Sonder-/Betriebsmitteln für die Serienfertigung, Verfahrensanwendung, Montage, Teileinstandsetzung und Qualitätsprüfung der MTU München sicher. Einsatzort ist die Justizvollzugsanstalt in Straubing.

YOUR TASKS

  • Rüsten und Einrichten von Bearbeitungsmaschinen und –anlagen sowie Handarbeitsplätzen (Entgraten/Montieren)
  • Steuern und Überwachen der Bearbeitungsabläufe von CNC-Anlagen
  • Fachliche Führung der zugeteilten Mitarbeiter (Inhaftierte)
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von neuen, geänderten und instandgesetzten Betriebsmitteln zum Bedarfszeitpunkt
  • Kosten- und Qualitätsverantwortung für die hergestellten Produkte und Leistungen
  • Verantwortung für die Auslastung eigener freier Kapazitäten
  • Kundenorientierte Fachberatung und -unterstützung
  • Umsetzung aller Qualitätsmanagementanforderungen
  • Einhaltung der Arbeits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltschutzanforderungen innerhalb der eigenen Organisationseinheit und der Justizvollzugsanstalt

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf mit Schwerpunkt Zerspanung, ggf. mit Zusatzqualifikation als Meister:in
  • CNC-Kenntnisse
  • Schichtfähigkeit und -bereitschaft
  • Kenntnisse in den MS-Office Anwendungen sowie idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sowie  Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Persönliche Eignung und Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einer Justizvollzugsanstalt und soziale Fähigkeiten zur fachlichen Anweisung von Inhaftierten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
