YOUR TASKS

  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Erhebung, Strukturierung und Bewertung von Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen und Standorten
  • Entwicklung von Business Cases zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen
  • Erstellung von Datenanalysen, Dashboards und Reports zur Ableitung fundierter Entscheidungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsmodelle und Marktanalysen
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Präsentationen für Management und Fachbereiche
  • Suche und Bewertung von externen Analysen, Informationen und Entwicklungen des Gesamtmarkts oder bestimmter Segmente
  • Einholung und Aufbereitung von Informationen und Dokumenten für die Produktstrategien, Geschäftsfeldstrategien, Regionalstrategien und Funktionalstrategien
  • Unterstützung bei der Projektplanung und administrativen Steuerung von Strategieprojekten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Entscheidungs- und Dispositionsbefugnis im Rahmen der Aufgabenstellung

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und in der Arbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse 
  • Internationale Erfahrung oder ausgeprägte Affinität zur internationalen Zusammenarbeit
  • Strukturierte und analytische Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
