YOUR TASKS

  • Technische Verantwortung für Triebwerksmontage-/ und Demontageprozesse
  • Optimierung bestehender sowie Entwicklung neuer, innovativer Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung von technischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Faktoren und der Prozessstabilität
  • Unterstützung der Produktion bei Prozessstörungen und Einleitung von nachhaltigen Abstellmaßnahmen
  • Spezifizierung von Werkzeugen und Maschinen sowie technische Betreuung des Einkaufsprozesses
  • Verbesserungen von Arbeitsplänen und Einarbeitung von regelmäßigen Revisionen der OEM-Daten
  • Substantiierung von Prozessabweichungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Quality und Powerplant Engineering
  • Treiben von Digitalisierungsprojekten innerhalb des Process Engineering
  • Teilnahme an internen und externen Audits sowie Prozessanalysen gemäß MTU Qualitätsmethoden

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Produktionstechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Arbeitsvorbereitung bzw. Produktionstechnik in der zivilen Luftfahrt
  • Projekterfahrung in der Automatisierung manueller Montageprozesse wünschenswert
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Erfahrung in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP, CAD, Python)
