YOUR TASKS

  • Planung von Montageabläufen für die Demontage und Montage von Entwicklungsmodulen zukünftiger Projekte 
  • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsplänen sowie Betreuung der in der Montage eingesetzten IT Systeme (z. B. ECMS, GUARDUS, Teamcenter)
  • Einführung von Arbeitsunterlagen in der Montage (Durchsprache und Anlernen) sowie Beschaffung und Erprobung aller zum Prozess erforderlichen Sonderbetriebsmittel
  • Verplanen von Erprobungen für De- und Montagen sowie Wuchten
  • Verplanen interner Erprobungen nach Absprache mit den Fachabteilungen bzw. nach Vorgabe
  • Ausführen von Prüfplanertätigkeiten
  • Analyse von Produktionsabweichungen sowie Planung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung und -verbesserung
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Ablaufverbesserungen
  • Übernahme der Auftrags-Grunddaten in die DV- Systeme
  • Klärung von Abweichungen zu Manual/Zeichnung mit der Konstruktion
  • Beratung der Konstruktion in Montagebelangen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Feinwerktechnik bzw. vergleichbare Fachrichtung oder Ausbildung mit Weiterqualifikation zum Techniker:in/Fachwirt:in 
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Montageplanung
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gute Kenntnisse in SAP und CAQ Systemen wünschenswert
  • Methodenkompetenz sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Organisationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit
