YOUR TASKS

  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Erstellung von Zahlläufen und Pflege von Stammdaten
  • Abstimmung der Kreditorenkonten und Pflege der Kreditorenstammdaten
  • Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten und Bearbeitung von Mahnungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS und HGB
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche bei buchhaltungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und IT-Tools

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP FI von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und unternehmerischem Denken
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
