    YOUR TASKS

    Für den Test von Flugtriebwerken nach erfolgter Überholung, Reparatur oder sonstigen Anforderungen suchen wir ab sofort einen Fluggerätmechaniker (all genders) an unserem Teststand. Die Aufgaben des Fluggerätmechanikers (all genders)sind:

    • Vorbereitung der Triebwerke zum Test durch Einbau in die Testadapter sowie deren Installation in der Testzelle
    • Durchführung der Triebwerkstests nach entsprechenden Prüfvorschriften
    • Beurteilung von Abweichungen während der Testläufe
    • Troubleshooting gemäß Manual bzw. Engineering-Anweisung
    • An- und Abbau von Accessories
    • Abbau der Triebwerke
    • Dokumentation der Ergebnisse mit Unterschrift auf dem Testzertifikat
    • Erstellung und Bearbeitung der entsprechenden Dokumentationsunterlagen
    • Durchführung Versandmontage und Begleitung der Endabnahme durch Prüfer
    • Verpacken von Triebwerken nach dem Test
    • Überprüfung (Wartung/Pflege) der Prüfstandssysteme im Rahmen der betrieblichen Vorschriften
    • Teilnahme an Sonderprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Prüfstände und Testprozesse

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker (all genders) vorzugsweise Fachrichtung Triebwerkstechnik
    • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Triebwerksinstandsetzung
    • Gute technische, englische Sprachkenntnisse
    • Deutsche Sprachkenntnis wünschenswert
    • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office, ECMS- und SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
    • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und zum flexiblen Arbeitseinsatz
