  • Führung des Teams Global Mobility & Executive Management 
  • Betreuung und Entwicklung des Executive Managements der MTU weltweit
  • Entwicklung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen für Executives
  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung von internationalen Einsätzen sowie Weiterentwicklung des Global Mobility Konzeptes der MTU
  • Mitarbeit und Leitung von internationalen HR Projekten
  • Nationale und internationale Reisen an die weltweiten MTU Standorte sind regelmäßiger Bestandteil der Aufgabe

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene akademische Ausbildung und tiefgreifende HR Erfahrung in den Bereichen HR Management, Recruiting, Personalentwicklung und Global Mobility
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in disziplinarischer und fachlicher Führung von Teams
  • Erfahrung in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit sowie in der Leitung von Projekten
  • Souveränes Auftreten und Verhandeln auf allen Hierarchieebenen sowie gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Verbindende Persönlichkeit, die Kontakte über Bereichs- und Ländergrenzen hinweg schafft und nachhaltig ausbaut
