Das Team Rotorwerkstoffe ist verantwortlich für alle werkstofftechnischen Sachverhalte geschmiedeter Titan- und Nickelrotorwerkstoffe sowie pulvermetallurgisch hergestellter Nickelwerkstoffe in Verdichter und Turbine. Dies beinhaltet Scheiben und Blisken sowie alle anderen rotierenden Bauteile. Wir stellen die Auslegungs- und Bewertungsbasis für die genannten Werkstoffe aus aktuellen und zukünftigen Programmen bereit.

YOUR TASKS

  • Prüfung und Charakterisierung von Werkstoffen sowie Auswertung von Werkstoffdaten
  • Beratung zur Auswahl von Werkstoffen und deren Eigenschaftsprofil
  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von Technologie- und Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Vertretung der Arbeitsergebnisse in Entwicklungsteams sowie Dokumentation in Form von technischen Berichten
  • Erstellung von Spezifikationen zur Unterstützung von Qualitätssicherung, Fertigung und Beschaffung
  • Bewertung von werkstofflichen und herstellbedingten Abweichungen von Rohteilen
  • Untersuchung und Bewertung von fertigungsbedingten Einflüssen auf das Werkstoffverhalten
  • Untersuchung und Bewertung von veränderten Eigenschaften im Flugbetrieb

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Werkstofftechnik, Maschinenbau, Umformtechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse zu Nickel- und/oder Titanwerkstoffen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Umformtechnik, Pulvermetallurgie und Werkstoffprüfung wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in der Programmierung und Werkstoffmodellierung von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Motivation zur methodischen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Freude an interdisziplinärem Arbeiten sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
