YOUR TASKS

  • Planung von Arbeitsgängen, Arbeitsfolgen unter Berücksichtigung bekannter Fertigungs- und Instandsetzungsverfahren
  • Berücksichtigung von arbeitswissenschaftlichen, fertigungstechnischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Erkenntnissen   
  • Planung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Rationalisierung, Qualitätssicherung und -verbesserung   
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Erprobungen   
  • Abweichungsmanagement
  • Unterstützung des Werkstattbetriebes in Qualitäts-, Kosten, DLZ-, Technologie-, Anlagen- und Arbeitsablaufthemen  
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Verfahren
  • Mitarbeit bei der Angebotserstellung
  • Aufzeigen von Abweichungen und Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Fehlerabstellung
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsunterlagen mithilfe von 3D-Bearbeitungsprogrammen
  • Betreuung verlängerte Werkbank bzw. Lieferanten

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (TU/FH) der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik bzw. einschlägige Ausbildung zum Techniker/ Meister
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitsvorbereitung erwünscht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie gute Kenntnisse in SAP und CAQ Systemen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse mit 3D-Bearbeitungsprogrammen (vorzugsweise UG) erwünscht
  • Methodenwissen, ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zu logisch strukturiertem Denken und Handeln   
  • Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse (B1/B2)
