YOUR TASKS

  • Teilprojektleitung Fertigung im Gesamtprojekt Pulvermetall
  • Umsetzung von technologischen Anforderungen sowie Planung und Aufbau der Herstellprozesse von Pulvermetall-Bauteilen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Lastenhefterstellung, Formulierung von Anlagenspezifikationen und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung beim Partner
  • Abschätzung von Investkosten
  • Koordination und Aufbau einer serienfähigen Prozesskette mit erforderlichen Anlagen zusammen mit externen Lieferanten und Partnern
  • Technologischer Fokus auf die notwendigen pulvermetallurgischen Prozessschritte
  • Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachstellen und Industriepartnern
  • Implementierung des MTU Qualitätsmanagement-Systems beim Partner
  • Wahrung der IP Rechte
  • Proaktive, innovative Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Werkstoffwissenschaften, Maschinenbau, Physik oder ähnliche Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im der Anlagenplanung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Fertigungstechnologien und Prozessentwicklung
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Lastenheften und Inbetriebnahme vonAnlagen
  • Spezifische Kenntnisse in der Materialwissenschaft, additiven Fertigung von Metallen, Thermodynamik und Vakuum-Technik erforderlich
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung von interdisziplinären Teams
  • Projektmanagementerfahrung sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein, insbesondere in der Pulverherstellung und Pulvermetallverarbeitung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeiten, sicheres Auftreten
  • Eigeninitiative und Offenheit gegenüber neuen Herausforderungen
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
