YOUR TASKS

  • Umsetzung der Instandhaltungsstrategie in Abhängigkeit von Auslastung und Verfügbarkeitsanforderungen der Produktionsanlagen
  • Betreuung der Produktion in allen Belangen der Instandhaltung sowie verantwortliche Vertretung der Instandhaltung im Shopfloormanagement in den jeweiligen Produktionsbereichen
  • Durchführung von systematischen Optimierungen an Produktionsmaschinen zur Verbesserung der Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bewertung und Überwachung von Leistungsvereinbarungen und Vertragsgrundlagen
  • Abwicklung von außervertraglichen Leistungen mit dem Instandhaltungspartner
  • Planung und Durchführung von Serviceworkshops mit Maschinenherstellern und Dienstleistern
  • Unterstützung abteilungsübergreifender Projekte hinsichtlich Instandhaltungsthemen
  • Servicekoordination im Standortservice betreuen
  • Fremdfirmen- und Servicekoordination 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder abgeschlossene Fachausbildung im Metall-/Elektrobereich mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker:in/ Meister:in
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Instandhaltung von Produktionsmaschinen, automatisierten -verketteten Fertigungsanlagen, Galvanik, Verfahrenstechnik
  • Sicheres Erkennen von technischen Zusammenhängen in Verbindung mit einer systematischen und zielgerichteten Vorgehensweise, systemübergreifende Analysekompetenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP PM, Teamcenter, MS Office und cplace wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und Offenheit gegenüber neuen Herausforderungen
  • Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisations-, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
